Peninsula Chapter Banquet Fundraiser-2008
Plan to attend our banquet fundraiser this year to help us raise funds for Peninsula Chapter-CCA Virginia.
The Coastal Conservation Association of Virginia is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that works directly with state and federal agencies for responsible management of Virginia’s inshore and offshore fisheries and marine resources. Our members spend a great deal of time on or near the waters of the Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic Ocean where they continue to observe the decline of some of our fisheries. CCA Virginia is the only state organization whose primary goal is conserve, promote and enhance the present and future availability of our coastal marine resources for the benefit and enjoyment of the general public.
CCA Virginia’s work is accomplished almost entirely by volunteers. All local chapter events; seminars, banquets, benefits, tournaments and children’s education events are the result of dedicated members giving freely and graciously of their time, effort and talent. We thank everyone who volunteers their time and resources to the betterment of our cause and making CCA Virginia a success.
Through these grass roots efforts, and with your assistance, we are confident we can reach our goals of responsible use of our resources and make great strides in the restoration of Virginia’s waters. We ask you to join forces with CCA Virginia and support a worthy cause to protect some of Virginia’s most valuable resources, The Chesapeake Bay, its tributaries, and our Atlantic Coastal Waters.
We are asking that you join us in our fight to protect our resources and attend, sponsor or donate items to one of our events. Based upon your chosen sponsorship level or donation, we will put your name in front of our membership, thus allowing you to promote your business, product, or cause to the individuals that attend our events. Moreover, CCA Virginia and the Peninsula Chapter urge all of our members and families to Support Those Who Support Us.
